Notes on Partials
- If you "Remove from the Library" a partial, but don't actually remove the partial from the stack, the Removed Partial will re-appear when RW is shut down and brought back up
- If you remove all instances of a partial, when you quit/restart RW, the partial will remain in the library
- Renaming a partial when editing a partial, renames it in the Library
- If a partial is deleted in a stack, it's not removed from the library
- So, you can be sure you've removed all instances of a Partial when you remove from the library and stacks and you shut down, and restart RW and the Partial doesn't re-appear in the Library.
