The Recent Posts stack allows you to build a linked list of recent posts from your blog, allowing your visitors easy access to some of your most recent entries.
BLOG PAGE
The Recent Posts stack needs to know which page contains the appropriate Blog Entries stack so it can hand off the duties of loading your posts to that page.
Select the SET LINK button and then choose the page in RapidWeaver that contains the appropriate Blog Entries stack.
RECENT ITEMS
Determines how many recent Blog Posts will be seen within the list that the Recent Items stack generates.
CUSTOM LINK COLOR
When enabled you can set a color for the linked list of Blog Posts within the stack.
BULLETS
You can opt to have bullet points of different styles before your entry links. You can even choose to use an icon as the bullet point. If you opt for an icon you will be given controls for choosing the icon and its color as well.
ITEM FONT SIZE v3
Allows you to set the font size for the linked items within the stack. This is especially handy if you're using the Summaries feature, which we cover below, to help your Blog Post titles stand out a bit. You can set the font-size at each of the three responsive breakpoints.
ALIGNMENT
Allows you to set the alignment for your list of recent Blog Posts to the left, center or right. You set the alignment uniformly, or choose a different alignment for the Recent Posts at each of the three responsive breakpoints.
SUMMARIES
When enabled a truncated version of each of the Recent Post items will be displayed along with the title.
SUMMARY LENGTH
You're able to choose the approximate size of the summaries using this setting to adjust the character count of the summaries.
